Invincible, no buts...
get these skills and you'll know what i mean...
(NOTE: there is no build section for dervs, so i put it here)
Mystic Regeneration
Signet of Piety
Dust Cloak
Vital Boon
Aura of Balthazar/Mystic Intervention (i think that was it)
<scythe attack>
<scythe attack?><avatar?>
Rez
With 13 earth prayers you can heal youself for over 250 and get 6 energy in the process every 8 seconds, and you get +10* regen. Remember that the last ench is the one piety takes off, so do not use aura/intervention as your last ench. Remember dust cloak can blind foes at any moment.
(*If you suffer a condition it stacks, with 13 earth prayers you get +4 for each ench., thats +16 regen...)
I used this build, tanked 2 wars and a diversion mesmer, if that isnt broken i dont know what is. They even had a monk healing them and i killed the mesmer, got bored eventually after about 6 mins, i was the last one alive on my team.

I think the fundemental problem lies in Dervishes ignoring nearly all the problems other classes have. E management, self heals, and attacks are all interlinked so you do one you do all.

personally, i think the problem is that ench. removal is a good thing for a dervish, it doesnt harm them, heals them and gives them health. they should have 3 regen imho, but i still dont think that is good enough.

Any skill preventing them from casting enchants is good.
Edit:
Unless their enchantments are untargeted?
If else, you could go like, remove all ench skill > prevent spells hex.
But I see your concerns, and i would like to remind you, that this is only a preview, not the finale product.

Cant be done by a single user in a short enough timeframe. Shroud of shadows is a good skill, there really isnt anything else that is good enough or reliable enough to keep it on them and keep their own hex removal occupied.
